  If you plan to rent from them please read: Buyer beware, very misleading on their ads and they practice sneaky business tactics. Per email conversation with Associate Ivan, none of their rental properties come with a stove or fridge. This only came up when I asked which properties come with a washer and dryer. To me, for rental properties to not have even the most basic stove or fridge is unheard of. He went on to continue that they can "rent" appliances -on their OWN rental properties- to us for an extra $20 PER appliance PER month. Being a furniture store as well it's very obvious, after this declaration, that they strip their newly acquired properties of its appliances to most likely sell in their store while also trying to coerce you into "renting" appliances back. Smart business tactic ($$$) but not good for us as customers. Always ask questions. It would be nice to mention this as a disclaimer on their ads or on their website- anywhere really. If I wasn't one to ask so many questions I would've wasted alot of time. Time that I definitely don't have. Tldr; when renting from them, none of their properties have standard appliances like a stove or fridge. But conveniently this furniture store/realty can "rent" to you basic necessary appliances for $20 a month for EACH appliance. Hope I saved someone else some time and headache! Glad I dodged that one.
